BIG DATA SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
As a Big Data Solutions Architect, you will:
Manage the overall development and implementation of plans for architecture components and services.
Be the thought leader in big data engineering and big data architecture
Develop strategic vision and drive the evolution of big data platform and analytics capabilities. This will mean working with Hadoop, tools that integrate with it, data integration tools, quality tools, wrangling tools and various tools that can help data engineers and data scientists work with data.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and use-cases, create solutions that leverage big data and cloud technologies, and drive the technical architecture and implementation plan.
Provide big data subject matter expertise during technical consultations by business and product groups or other solutions architects
Evaluate, recommend, design, and implement on-premise and on cloud big data technologies and infrastructure that enable a high performing, scalable, secure and stable solutions
Work with development, infrastructure, test, support, and other concerned teams to ensure proper implementation of new capabilities, technologies, infrastructure, and solutions
Define standards, policies and best practices
Create architecture and technical design documents to communicate solutions to implementing teams
Develop proofs-of-concept, minimum viable products, prototypes, and product demo
Provide effort and budget estimates for the solution
Champion data privacy and information security laws, policies and standards
Bring industry best practices to turn data into a strategic asset and foster data-driven decision making

DATA ARCHITECT
As a Data Architect, you will:
Contribute in overall design and approach to designing both logical and physical data architecture of the data warehouse and data lake.
Create the physical data models.
Provide the optimization strategy for the existing data models.
Review the deliverables to ensure completeness and correctness against the business requirement.
Ensure that the physical design meets the standards set by the Data Architecture team.
Work with other Data Architects in developing the data solutions.
Guide and providing inputs to the Solution Architects on the implementation of different BI solutions.
Build source system knowledge that can help determine the best source for a particular information
Provide source to target mapping for reports, extractions, and other analytical requirements

DATA ENGINEER
As a Data Engineer, you will:
Create and maintain scalable, maintainable and reliable pipeline that process very large quantities of structured and unstructured data.
Unify streaming and batch processing modes into one cohesive framework of processing including monitoring and alerting that fit into a unified and reliable Big Data infrastructure.
Build streaming data pipelines that enable the business to adapt in real-time.
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
Regularly review work with/from peers with a goal of improving personal knowledge of the systems, ensuring that code changes meet business goals and technology best practices.

Technical experience and business knowledge in various SDLC methodologies including waterfall, iterative, agile software development life cycle or related disciplines/processes is preferred.

DATA SCIENTIST
As a Data Scientist, you will:
Develop dashboards, reports and analyses. Participate in business planning and internal initiatives. Create or improve processes, data integrity and quality. Support business operations and project requirements.
Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to management/senior management regarding business initiatives, segment performance, performance against goals, etc. Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making and minimize overall report burden.
Develop a deep understanding of metrics, reporting tools, and data structure in order to identify and drive resolution of issues, provide actionable intelligence with existing metrics or identify and develop new metrics, dashboards, scorecards or new tools.
Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions across the Commercial business.
Maintain and develop financial tools or reports that align, and simplify, monthly business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes.
Manage business support by process build, implementation and optimization for all aspects of the reporting lifecycle
Facilitate back-end data reconciliation, re-mapping and decommissioning, data flow optimization, process improvements and project support.

As a Data Steward, you will:
Develop procedures and processes in compliance with current identified and ISO standards while maintaining the integrity and security of the formulations.
Provide expert knowledge of master data in support of Business, Operations and Technology teams. Manage change control processes and systems related to Formula Control.
Manage processes to maintain current and historical formulation and raw material information files.

Provide technical assessment and level of effort based on report requirements

Collaborate with information technology colleagues to achieve the development and delivery of the technical solution.
